2. Services

Lumea Events organizes and coordinates events and offers related services.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices are in euros and may inclusive VAT.
  • Payments can be made via a Dutch ING bank account or through Wise – cash transactions are not possible.
  • For payments via Wise, the transaction will appear on statements under the name “RR Service”
  • The deposit must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed. The remaining amount will be paid at the end of the event, unless agreed otherwise.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations must be communicated in writing.
  • Refunds for the deposit and cost incurred are not possible.
  • Depending on the timing of the cancellation, you pay 25% of the total amount.

5. Liability

  • Lumea Events is not liable for any damages or losses during an event, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
  • The client is responsible for providing accurate information and complying with agreements.

6. Disputes and Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by Dutch law.
  • Disputes should preferably be resolved through mutual agreement.

Privacy Policy

1. What data do I collect?

When booking my service, I collect the following information:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Phone number (if provided)
  • Payment details (such as transaction ID, but not full card details)

2. Why do I collect this data?

  • To process bookings and payments.
  • To communicate about the booked service.
  • To comply with administrative and legal obligations.

3. How long do I keep this data?

  • Booking data is stored for up to 7 years in accordance with tax regulations.
  • Contact details are only kept as long as necessary for communication.

4. Who do I share data with?

  • Payment providers such as Wise and ING.
  • Third parties when legally required (e.g., tax authorities).

5. How do I protect your data?

  • SSL encryption for secure online communication.
  • Limited access to data (only authorized personnel).

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Access or request deletion of your data.
  • Object to data processing.
  • File a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
