About Me

Hi there! As a graduate event manager, I have experience organizing various day events such as weddings, parties, conferences, symposiums, and corporate events. In recent years, I have primarily focused on corporate events. I’ve discovered that this is where my passion and strengths truly lie. And what’s the best thing to do? Naturally, what you excel at!

Let’s start with a video consultation where you can share your ideas and wishes for the event. This allows me to brainstorm and provide some initial suggestions. If we’re both excited, I’ll begin planning your event. This includes arranging the venue, catering, music, decoration and more. Throughout the process, I’ll keep you updated on the plans. On the day itself, I’ll be there to ensure everything runs smoothly and to answer any questions you may have.

Although most of my events take place in the Amsterdam-Rotterdam region, I can organize events throughout the Netherlands. I bring a tailored approach to every project, I ensure every detail is handled with care and professionalism.

Intake

30 minute intake – €75

45 minute intake – €100

60 minute intake – €125

Day Event

4 hour event – €750

6 hour event – €1.000

8 hour event – €1.250

2 day event – €2.750

Events abroad or longer than 2 days are available upon request only

How does it work?

These costs include travel expenses and preparations

After the intake, I will send you an invoice for the intake and a 10% deposit. The rest is due after the event

Additional costs such as hotel stays are at your expense
